Location: Must be based in Hong Kong (Hybrid: minimum 4 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Support senior relationship managers in the day-to-day coverage of private bank clients.
  • Coordinate with investment, product, and marketing teams to provide timely client support.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, maintain CRM data, and prepare regular activity reports.
  • Manage onboarding processes, due diligence requests, and platform approvals.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and product research to support sales strategy development.
  • Organize client events, webinars, and meetings with portfolio managers.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in asset management, private banking, or wealth management.
  • Working knowledge of investment concepts (funds, ETFs, multi-asset, fixed income, and alternatives).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multi-regional teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, and globally.
