What you will do

• Lead end-to-end projects and program streams within editorial and business transformation initiatives.
• Perform advanced business analysis to identify gaps and optimization opportunities across editorial processes.
• Design and drive implementation of scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Standardize project and process documentation and coordinate resources across multiple projects.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across various functions and regions.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects/programs in parallel.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing editorial tools, content editors, or workflow automation.
• Understanding of digital and print publishing processes.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools like Miro or Draw.io.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience working within global organizations or on international projects.
