What you will do

  • Develop, refine, and maintain commission plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure compensation structures drive desired behaviors.
  • Model plan scenarios and assess financial impact to recommend strategic solutions.
  • Build and maintain scalable workflows, documentation, and controls for audit-ready operations.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies, manage exceptions, and resolve representative inquiries.
  • Facilitate training and enablement materials for new or updated commission plans.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Poland
  • 7+ years of experience supporting a customer-facing organization.
  • 5+ years in an operations, analysis, or strategy-focused position.
  • Strong analytical background with experience working with large datasets.
  • Ability to independently manage projects end-to-end and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact across all levels of the organization.
