Salary: 163,000–245,000 PLN

What you will do
- Develop, refine, and maintain commission plans aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure compensation structures drive desired behaviors.
- Model plan scenarios and assess financial impact to recommend strategic solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable workflows, documentation, and controls for audit-ready operations.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies, manage exceptions, and resolve representative inquiries.
- Facilitate training and enablement materials for new or updated commission plans.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland
- 7+ years of experience supporting a customer-facing organization.
- 5+ years in an operations, analysis, or strategy-focused position.
- Strong analytical background with experience working with large datasets.
- Ability to independently manage projects end-to-end and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact across all levels of the organization.
