What you will do

• Own day-to-day program coordination between internal and client teams.
• Drive planning, execution, risk, and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate delivery involving Data Engineering, BI, Architecture, Data Governance, Security, and Business Analysis teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
• Manage steering committees, status reporting, action tracking, RAID logs, and executive communications.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers across organizational boundaries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management or a similar leadership role.
• Banking industry experience is highly desirable.
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements.
• Strong governance discipline and experience working within established governance frameworks.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
