What you will do

• Plan and oversee the end-to-end execution of core operational projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Business units to resolve dependencies and resource constraints.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvement solutions to enhance scalability.
• Lead data-related initiatives, translating operational logic into technical requirements for analytics.
• Manage stakeholder communication and prepare professional status reports and executive briefings.
• Support change management by training team members on new tools and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or operational roles focusing on operational excellence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects using Agile frameworks and Agentic AI-based systems.
• Technical aptitude with Salesforce, BI tools (Tableau), and AI tools (Gemini, Claude).
• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Eligibility to work and live in Poland.
