What you will do

• Own and deliver complex, multi-team technology programs from initial planning through to launch.
• Build end-to-end program plans encompassing goals, milestones, value slicing, and critical paths.
• Proactively coordinate cross-team dependencies, integration boundaries, and risk registers.
• Define and track program KPIs to ensure delivery drives measurable business value.
• Systematize AI usage in program execution for scenario generation, metrics validation, and reporting.
• Mentor Associate TPMs and establish team standards and playbooks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technology program or project management.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-team programs end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of software delivery, integrations, and system dependencies.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Proficiency in Agile, Kanban, and Lean methodologies, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and security fundamentals (VPN, SSL).

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or large-scale platforms.
• Experience working with external vendors or third parties.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or ITIL.
• Background in Engineering Management or Business.
