What you will do

• Own and deliver complex, multi-team technology programs from planning through launch.
• Build comprehensive program plans including goals, milestones, value slicing, and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries proactively.
• Define and track program KPIs to ensure delivery drives measurable business value.
• Systematize AI usage for scenario generation, readiness testing, and reporting.
• Lead governance mechanisms, steering committees, and mentor Associate TPMs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technology program or project management.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-team programs end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of software delivery, integrations, and system dependencies.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Proficiency in Agile, Kanban, Lean, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Basic SQL/PostgreSQL querying and understanding of REST/SOAP APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or large-scale platforms.
• Experience working with external vendors or third parties.
• Certifications such as Agile, PMP, or ITIL.
• Background in Engineering Management or Business.
