What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian.
• Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Manage and optimize client-side components of collaboration applications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience engineering collaboration and productivity tools.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian.
• Expertise in scripting languages, specifically PowerShell and Python, and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of generative and agentive AI tools and their application in productivity platforms.
• Must be based in Mexico City or the United States.
