What you will do

• Take ownership of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, focusing on SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Design and implement automated business processes and digitized workflows.
• Define and enforce governance standards for compliant and efficient platform usage.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Manage the full lifecycle of M365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support and act as a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• English: All application documents must be submitted in English.
• Several years of experience in M365 engineering or administration.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency in automation and scripting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Understanding of identity integration (Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC, conditional access).
• Experience with governance, compliance, and best practices in M365 environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with M365 backup solutions or third-party integrations.
• Experience with additional M365 services like Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
