What you will do

• Design and manage automated lifecycle processes for OS and third-party software updates.
• Develop and maintain desired state configurations to ensure device security and compliance.
• Build and maintain API integrations between core tools like JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Automate onboarding and offboarding workflows to achieve zero-touch IT operations.
• Implement automated checks for SaaS discovery and license management.
• Serve as the final technical escalation point for complex endpoint and identity issues.

Requirements

• Strong experience with JumpCloud and Google Workspace administration.
• Proficiency in Python for API interactions and automation.
• Solid scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell for endpoint management.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git for managing scripts and documentation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Copenhagen.
