Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage program timelines and track deliverables from product definition through launch.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and manage risk mitigation plans.
• Develop and track program budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and achieve bill of material cost targets.
• Communicate program status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of vehicle development and program management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Product Development.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management of hardware/software integrated products at an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier or OEM.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to undergo a driving record check.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Passion for process and people-oriented solutions.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Experience working for a high-growth, mission-driven startup.
• Experience working with Japanese Automotive OEM or Suppliers.
• Experience working with ADAS or Vehicle Control products.
