What you will do

• Lead large, cross-functional programs from strategy and planning through launch.
• Translate business and product priorities into clear program plans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Align Product, Engineering, and Design teams on scope, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Drive execution across complex platform areas including identity, access, monetization, and internal tooling.
• Communicate progress, decisions, and risks clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to ensure technical plans are scalable and maintainable.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role leading large, cross-team programs.
• Strong experience with B2B SaaS products or platforms, specifically in identity, access, or monetization.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end delivery for complex technical initiatives.
• Technical fluency in modern software architectures to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and influence without direct authority.
• Must be based in the United States.
