What you will do

• Develop and execute engineering quality metrics programs across all product lines.
• Define and track KPIs including design defect density, field failure rates, and first-pass yield.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to build automated dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Drive structured problem-solving initiatives such as 8D, A3, and DMAIC for design quality issues.
• Ensure engineering processes align with industry standards including UL, IEEE, ISO 9001, and ANSI.
• Lead the Engineering Quality Review Board and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality leadership roles.
• Proven success in power distribution equipment or industrial systems manufacturing.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and statistical tools like Minitab.
• Deep understanding of reliability analysis, DFMEA, PFMEA, and SPC.
• Must be based in the US to support remote operations.
