Location: Remote-based in PA, with regular in-person meetings in Allentown, PA (must live within a reasonable driving distance)

Salary: $97,600.00 - $146,400.00 (Target compensation: $120,000 - 130,000 + Bonus)

What you will do

• Oversee all phases of Act 129 residential energy efficiency program implementation, including cost management, performance tracking, and program delivery.
• Manage program P&L reporting, KPI tracking, and performance-based compensation delivery.
• Lead contract execution and ensure compliance with Act 129 regulations and client plan filings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (10–30 people) and oversee subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as primary liaison with the utility client, lead program review sessions, and support strategic planning.
• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives, trade ally engagement, and participation/savings expansion; support process and tool improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or utility programs.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale residential (or income-eligible) programs.
• Understanding of Pennsylvania Act 129 and business energy efficiency measures.
• Ability to travel regularly in Eastern PA and to the hirify.global, client office, or customer sites.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship.
