Location: Remote-based in PA, with regular in-person meetings in Allentown, PA (must live within a reasonable driving distance)
Salary: $97,600.00 - $146,400.00 (Target compensation: $120,000 - 130,000 + Bonus)

What you will do
- Oversee all phases of Act 129 residential energy efficiency program implementation, including cost management, performance tracking, and program delivery.
- Manage program P&L reporting, KPI tracking, and performance-based compensation delivery.
- Lead contract execution and ensure compliance with Act 129 regulations and client plan filings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (10–30 people) and oversee subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as primary liaison with the utility client, lead program review sessions, and support strategic planning.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives, trade ally engagement, and participation/savings expansion; support process and tool improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or utility programs.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale residential (or income-eligible) programs.
- Understanding of Pennsylvania Act 129 and business energy efficiency measures.
- Ability to travel regularly in Eastern PA and to the , client office, or customer sites.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship.
