What you will do

• Support automation and test activities for industrial and marine products.
• Develop written test procedures based on customer and engineering requirements.
• Coordinate data collection and presentation for test programs.
• Ensure safety practices in daily operations and equipment handling.
• Assist in training and cross-training team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Robotics/Mechatronics.
• Must be able to work onsite in Christiansburg, VA.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Proficiency in LabView for test automation and data acquisition.
• Foundational knowledge of electronics and low-power electrical circuits.
• Familiarity with SQL databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in circuit design and electronic systems.
• Working knowledge of C++.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
