Salary: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor manufacturing processes to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Lead RFT improvement activities by identifying repetitive issues and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to embed preventive measures.
• Review quality data and production KPIs to drive systemic improvements.
• Validate the effectiveness of CAPA initiatives to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Train production personnel on quality accountability and defect prevention principles.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Livermore, CA.
• 3+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in heavy vehicle or complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis, 8D problem-solving, and CAPA.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.

Nice to have

• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Syteline ERP or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
