What you will do

• Architect and integrate complex systems using MBSE tools like Cameo or Rhapsody.
• Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on user stories and requirements.
• Develop automated test scripts and custom harnesses using Python or Cypress.
• Document test results and communicate defects to development teams for continuous improvement.
• Perform requirements analysis, synthesis, and traceability for system evaluations.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to evaluate software performance for national defense systems.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance (Secret or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in developmental testing.
• Proficiency in MBSE tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody.
• Ability to build automated test scripts using Python or Cypress.
• Knowledge of DoD Instructions 5000.87 and 5000.89.

Nice to have

• TS/SCI clearance.
• Security+ Certification.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).
• Experience with radar systems or simulation frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines (Docker/Kubernetes).
