What you will do

• Perform product inspections and identify non-conformances.
• Calibrate and tune systems according to customer specifications.
• Operate test equipment including oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
• Diagnose basic malfunctions in galvos and servos.
• Complete system packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Collaborate on process improvement and 5S initiatives.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology.
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or electronics technician role.
• Ability to read and interpret BOMs, work instructions, and assembly drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic computer skills (MS Office, Oracle).
• Knowledge of ESD and 5S principles.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bedford, MA.

Nice to have

• Electronic apprenticeship or technical college degree.
• Experience with opto-electronics and PCB commodities.
• Knowledge of coated mirrors and lenses.
