Salary: $101,500–$188,500 USD

What you will do

• Design and execute functional, negative, performance, and stress tests for embedded wireless and MCU products.
• Develop automation tests for continuous integration infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to debug issues found during the test cycle.
• Build, manage, and maintain a distributed test network.
• Assist in resolving customer issues by reproducing reported problems.
• Identify opportunities to automate daily tasks and eliminate process waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in software development or test automation.
• Proficiency in Python/Pytest and C/C++.
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
• Knowledge of data communications, networking (TCP/IP), and wireless protocols.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for productivity and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with WiFi and Thread protocols.
• Test application development using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JIRA for bug tracking.
• Team leading or coordination experience.
• Domain knowledge in IoT.
