TL;DR

Director, Audience Activation (AdTech): Leading sales initiatives for advanced advertising solutions with an accent on data enrichment, audience activation, and strategic agency partnerships. Location: Must be based in the US. Hybrid role requiring 1-2 days/week in the New York office.

Salary: $117,500 - $150,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities focused on audience activation and data enablement.
  • Manage end-to-end customer engagement, including strategy, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Lead advanced advertising presentations to agency holding companies and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal product and marketing teams to inform audience development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by aligning audience solutions with their campaign objectives.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and manage internal sales revenue tracking processes.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the US at the time of application.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in sales or business development within ad tech or advanced advertising.
  • Strong industry network across agency stakeholders, including programmatic and investment teams.
  • Deep understanding of the audience data ecosystem, including planning, activation, and measurement.
  • Proven ability to communicate the value of data-driven solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

  • Experience applying syndicated audience data to activation and planning.
  • Familiarity with Challenger sales methodology and MEDDICC frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience operating within ad agencies.
