Salary: $123,100 – $216,500

What you will do

• Support strategic customers by mapping business needs to hirify.global value propositions and technical solutions.
• Facilitate operational discovery sessions, workshops, and demos to articulate the value of AI-driven experience transformation.
• Develop reference architectures and reusable frameworks in collaboration with strategic partners.
• Build and optimize development labs to support joint innovation and continuous iteration of use cases.
• Coach partners to become self-sufficient in identifying opportunities and building solutions.
• Document technical artifacts including discovery outputs, architecture designs, and solution proposals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of generative and agentic AI technologies and prompt engineering best practices.
• Technical expertise in contact center technologies (IVR, WFM, SIP, VoIP) and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills for C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to support scoping of functional and non-functional requirements and statement of work development.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Cloud and REST API integrations.
• Experience with RAG, large language models, and machine learning concepts.
• Background in SaaS or cloud-based software sales environments.
• Project management experience.
