Professional Services Consultant (Data Quality)

Professional Services Consultant (Data Quality/Governance): Designing and delivering Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management solutions with an accent on customer-centric implementation and technical architecture. Focus on translating business requirements into smart solution designs and integrating the hirify.global platform into complex enterprise landscapes.

Location: Remote within the United States (Preference for candidates local to the Boston office)

Salary: $110,000–$115,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and roll out Data Quality, Data Governance, and MDM solutions using the hirify.global platform.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications, solution sketches, and agile prototypes.
• Configure and integrate solutions into customer applications and data management landscapes, ensuring performance tuning.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to provide real-world project feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience in data management disciplines (DQ, MDM, ETL, Data Governance, or Data Integration).
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency with XML, SOAP/REST/JSON.
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools and concepts.
• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Life Sciences.
• Knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience in team or project leadership.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Unix/Linux, and code management.
