What you will do

• Define and drive the AI-powered E-Billing roadmap to reduce friction and automate repetitive legal work for customers.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, AI agents, and ML capabilities to evaluate model outputs and define quality guardrails.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams to ship high-impact features and drive product momentum.
• Conduct weekly customer interviews and continuous discovery to inform product opportunities.
• Ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog based on customer impact and market context.
• Apply Lean Product Management principles to increase the speed of learning using quantitative and qualitative data.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically with B2B SaaS software products.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-powered products through the full lifecycle.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or ML-based systems to make technical trade-off decisions.
• Proven experience in customer interviewing and using analytics products for insights.
• Must have valid work authorization for Ireland (no work permit sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning workflows, or AI evaluation frameworks.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, including explainability, bias detection, and transparency.
• Background in legal tech, legal operations, or enterprise workflow automation.
