Product Manager – Ethics & Compliance (Fixed Term, 1 Year)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid work model with an expectation to work onsite at least 50% of the time when within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for the Vault/Speak Up whistleblowing and case management platform.
• Define, prioritise, and ship features with a product manager and a team of 6–12 engineers.
• Translate business requirements into well-scoped deliverables and manage speed-versus-scope trade-offs.
• Collaborate across policy management, compliance training, and conflicts-of-interest products.
• Communicate product strategy, value, and roadmap updates to marketing, commercial teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Conceptualise AI-powered features and complete knowledge transfer from the outgoing product manager.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, owning products from discovery through delivery.
• Strong technical communication skills, including APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Understanding of LLMs and practical approaches to embedding AI capabilities into products.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and prioritise iterative delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, design, commercial, and leadership teams.
• Ability to work within the London hybrid model, including onsite work at least 50% of the time when commuting distance permits.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC, legal technology, or ethics and compliance software.
• Hands-on use of AI product management tools such as v0 or Claude.
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
• Experience with whistleblowing, case management, or employee reporting platforms.
