Senior Product Manager (AI Analytics)

What you will do

• Lead delivery of a reporting suite with redesigned summaries, filtering, advanced visualizations, and AI-driven insights.
• Define and launch the MVP for Narrative Intelligence and the AI Copilot for Insights experience.
• Partner with Data Science to develop Copilot capabilities that scale to millions of responses.
• Set a roadmap balancing near-term improvements with long-term analytics innovation.
• Use customer, onboarding, and market insights to guide product decisions and improve usage, satisfaction, and activation.
• Align Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Engineering, and go-to-market teams around differentiated analytics value.

Requirements

• Strong strategic thinking, ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep product knowledge in analytics, data visualization, and reporting, especially in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Familiarity with AI- and LLM-enabled product development and user-facing intelligence features.
• Experience with large-scale data infrastructure, such as ClickHouse or columnar databases.
• High data literacy and experience managing complex, multi-threaded product workstreams.
• Commercial fluency and confidence working with leadership and enterprise customers.

Nice to have

• Experience building or buying advanced reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience with survey tooling or flexible, unstructured response data.
• Hands-on experience delivering modern AI-powered product features.
