What you will do

• Control production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.
• Develop and implement new processes, instructions, and documentation into the production cycle.
• Provide technical support for production and maintenance to resolve operational issues.
• Conduct NCA analysis and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Oversee trial production of new products and the application of new materials.
• Train and assess new employees on process procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Cable, Insulation, or High Voltage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the cable industry, specifically in process roles.
• English proficiency: B1 level (reading, writing, and simple oral communication).
• Experience with Milliken conductors or 150/200 type extruders is highly preferred.
