What you will do

• Lead AI-first product strategy for mortgage fulfillment workflows, operational tooling, and decisioning systems.
• Redesign complex, multi-step operational processes to improve quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Build and evolve internal tools supporting file setup, verification, underwriting, and closing readiness.
• Define workflow orchestration to ensure clear ownership and visibility across the loan lifecycle.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive integrations across hirify.global systems and third-party platforms like LOS and POS.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of product management experience in regulated or operationally intensive environments.
• Strong AI fluency and ability to apply modern AI capabilities to workflow design and productivity.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous problem spaces and translate operational pain points into product strategy.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance.
• Strong systems thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
