Salary: $135,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with company goals.
• Translate regulatory and business processes into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform product development.
• Collaborate with Technical and Member Experience teams to communicate system and architecture changes.
• Drive innovative solutions to meet market demands while adhering to MVP principles.
• Conduct regular product reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. markets, market structure, and clearing.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and quantitative analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development tools.
• Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Must be based in the United States.
