What you will do

• Define and execute a global AI and advanced engineering strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of engineers and technologists.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and translate opportunities into validated AI use cases.
• Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions.
• Establish processes for AI model lifecycle management, data governance, and technology delivery.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI, machine learning, or advanced engineering.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading global, high-performing technical teams.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI/ML solutions in complex, regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data science, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and solution architecture.
• Experience with scenario planning, risk identification, and business strategy alignment.
• Must be able to work from the Atlanta office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Blockchain and Tokenization technologies.
• Understanding of Tokenization economics.
• Experience with CoPilot Studio.
