Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in-office. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs to enhance user workflows, search, and decision support.
• Develop and optimize RAG-based solutions utilizing enterprise data, embeddings, and vector search.
• Integrate AI capabilities via AWS Bedrock, implementing prompt engineering, guardrails, and safety controls.
• Create conversational and agentic experiences that coordinate tools, functions, and multi-step reasoning.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish evaluation, observability, and monitoring practices for AI systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with proven production-level AI/LLM application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and cloud AI platforms like AWS Bedrock.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or other highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience operating AI systems with a focus on grounding, latency, and safety.
