TL;DR
Head of HR, Americas Distribution (HR BP): Shaping and driving the people strategy for the Americas Distribution organization with an accent on leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, and organizational design. Focus on advising executive leaders, leading transformation initiatives, and optimizing human capital within a highly regulated investment environment.
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: minimum 4 days per week in office)
Salary: $220,000 – $225,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to the Head of Americas Distribution and the leadership team on organizational strategy and talent priorities.
- Translate business strategy into an integrated people agenda to support commercial growth and operating model evolution.
- Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives, including impact assessments.
- Drive talent strategies to strengthen the leadership bench and address critical capability gaps.
- Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) considerations into leadership and succession planning.
- Manage complex people and organizational risks in partnership with Legal and governance stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization.
- Proven experience advising ELT/C-suite executives with strong executive presence.
- Experience supporting revenue-generating, client-facing commercial organizations (e.g., sales or distribution).
- Experience operating in highly matrixed and regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong grounding in employee relations, employment law fundamentals, and risk management.

- Professional HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
