Head of HR, Americas Distribution

Location: New York, New York, United States; at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office

Salary: $220,000–$225,000 per year, plus incentive pay

What you will do

• Advise the Head of Americas Distribution and senior leadership on leadership effectiveness, organizational strategy, talent priorities, and people-related risk.
• Translate commercial strategy into an integrated people agenda supporting growth, operating model evolution, and leadership capability.
• Analyze business, talent, engagement, performance, and capability trends to develop targeted people strategies.
• Lead HR partnership on organizational design, restructuring, transformation, and change leadership.
• Shape leadership, succession, development, diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
• Advise on compensation governance, sales compensation design, employee relations, conduct, and sensitive organizational matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization.
• Experience advising executive-level leaders with strong executive presence and influence.
• Experience supporting revenue-generating, client-facing organizations such as distribution, sales, wealth, or institutional businesses.
• Experience in highly matrixed and/or regulated enterprise environments, balancing business outcomes with governance and risk discipline.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law fundamentals, risk management, and professional HR certification preferred.
