What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to execute strategic enterprise deals across DACH and expansion markets.
• Lead technical discovery calls and deep dives to uncover business requirements.
• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations for technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage and support POCs/POVs to prove value in real-world enterprise environments.
• Represent the company as a visible voice through thought leadership at industry events and webinars.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide customer feedback and internal enablement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Tenured track record in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting for enterprise software.
• Deep background in contact center (CCaaS) or automation technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents, Generative AI, and conversational AI.
• Proficiency in JavaScript; knowledge of Python or Java is a plus.
