What you will do
- Manage assigned Partner Accounts to achieve bookings quotas and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales and Sales Engineers to develop and execute joint business plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues and partner coordination.
- Conduct pipeline management and lead regular meetings with partners and end-customer teams.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and deliver quarterly business reviews to management.
- Coach partners on systems, tools, and product portfolio.
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in sales, preferably within the IT solutions sector.
- Experience selling through channel partners.
- Fluency in both German and English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Legal authorization to work in Germany.
