What you will do

• Drive the credit process from inception to financial close, includhirify.global preparhirify.global internal memos and credit approval packages.
• Structure and execute infrastructure transactions, includhirify.global due diligence, negotiation of terms, and documentation.
• Collaborate with coverage, risk, legal, and product partners to deliver tailored financhirify.global solutions.
• Steer the origination narrative and markethirify.global materials, includhirify.global client pitches and deal teasers.
• Monitor market trends in the infrastructure sector and provide insights to the team.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in infrastructure project finance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineerhirify.global, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong credit judgment and experience with complex structured financhirify.globals (PPP, NAV-based, HoldCo lendhirify.global).
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills and ability to operate financial models.
• Comprehensive understandhirify.global of core financial statements and corporate bankhirify.global markets.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
