Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Analyze credit and investment characteristics of borrowing entities in the renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure sectors.
• Structure and evaluate investment terms, including covenants, in collaboration with senior team members.
• Prepare and present written credit analysis to the relevant credit committee.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including management interviews and on-site facility visits.
• Monitor the credit quality of Fund investments and ensure compliance with loan covenants.
• Assist in the preparation of investor materials to support fundraising efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• 2-5 years of structured credit experience in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, and/or project finance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong credit analysis, financial modeling, and communication skills.

• MBA or CFA designation.
