Vice President, Portfolio Manager (Fixed Income)

Salary: $220,000 - $250,000 annually

What you will do

• Generate above-benchmark excess returns and stable net investment income within risk and guideline constraints.
• Develop fixed income alpha-generation ideas and coordinate trading activities across managers.
• Conduct ongoing credit surveillance and maintain a credit watchlist for fixed income holdings.
• Lead manager searches (RFP/RFQ) and perform routine due diligence and performance monitoring.
• Partner with treasury and finance to enhance asset-liability management (ALM) and align portfolio positioning.
• Lead investment information systems initiatives to improve data, tooling, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fixed income, preferably with a corporate credit background.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
• Strong ownership mindset and work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
