What you will do

• Own all state contractual relationships, obligations, and communications for agencies in PA, MD, VA, SC, FL, and GA.
• Manage full P&L ownership, including revenue recognition, financial forecasting, and margin improvement.
• Serve as the primary business owner for product direction, aligning state requirements with development roadmaps.
• Execute sales strategy and manage enterprise relationships to drive adoption and account expansion.
• Oversee account management strategy and resolve escalations for dealers and tag agencies.
• Ensure security and compliance readiness, specifically coordinating SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 audits.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Virtual US position).
• Proven financial leadership with full P&L ownership and accurate revenue/sales forecasting.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams and coaching leaders.
• Ability to translate market and regulatory needs into focused product priorities.
• Executive presence with experience communicating with boards, regulators, and senior leadership.
• Strong operating discipline based on measurable metrics and consistent execution.
