Salary: $210,000–$285,000 (plus 25% target annual bonus)

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple product teams focused on platform foundations and B2B growth.
• Define and evolve the long-term product vision and roadmap for the SaaS platform.
• Partner with engineering leadership to translate strategy into executable initiatives and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Drive customer-centric onboarding and growth strategies through experimentation and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Security, and Customer Success.
• Monitor key performance indicators to inform roadmap decisions and investment priorities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading B2B SaaS Growth or Onboarding product teams.
• Strong background in multitenant SaaS architectures and platform services.
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing, diverse teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with U.S. export controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
