What you will do

• Lead the strategic partnership, solution delivery, and operational ownership of corporate and shared services technologies.
• Analyze, design, and deliver scalable solutions to integrate systems and automate workflows, reducing manual effort across teams.
• Partner with shared services leaders in Sales, Finance, Talent, and Operations to optimize business processes.
• Drive long-term value realization from technology investments and enterprise platforms.
• Align systems and workflows to support enterprise data integration, governance, and AI enablement.
• Establish consistent and scalable approaches for the intake and execution of technical work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum ten years’ experience in a related business systems position.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a management, supervisory, or leadership role.
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and HR systems.
• Expertise in data management and governance practices.
• Must be based in or associated with the specified US locations (NE, MO, KS).
