Salary: $95,000–$111,500 base compensation (annual)

What you will do
- Own value realization & adoption: ensure purchased products are utilized and clients can articulate ROI.
- Serve as primary account owner / client POC: plan QBRs, define holistic account strategy, and coordinate across the broader account team.
- Lead renewals & risk mitigation: set renewal strategy, identify risks at least 6 months in advance, and execute mitigation plans.
- Drive overall revenue growth: identify upsell and expansion opportunities and spearhead data monetization strategy to grow variable revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing CSM/Account Director role.
- Enterprise B2B SaaS CSM experience with emphasis on data analytics, cloud, collaboration, or identity.
- Experience managing 15–20 accounts with $500k+ ARR concurrently.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Experience drafting QBRs and executive summaries.
- Familiarity with ecosystem and clean room / measurement / collaboration use cases.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Experience managing renewals in partnership with Sales on upsells/cross-sells.
- Internship experience during college.
- Multiple roles across adtech/martech on either Sales or Buy side.
