What you will do

• Manage sustaining activities and continuous improvement of plating processes across multiple semiconductor package platforms.
• Conduct process capability evaluations and identify sources of variation to drive yield improvement.
• Execute lot-on-hold (LOH) dispositions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize production delays.
• Partner with Equipment Engineering to validate new product designs and support technology transfers.
• Maintain technical documentation including control plans, SOPs, and FMEAs.
• Mentor technicians, set KPIs, and oversee operational coverage for 24/7 manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 3 years in plating processes.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor packaging plating equipment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as JMP and Minitab.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex process issues using data-driven methodologies.
• Commitment to strict compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
