What you will do

• Lead the APAC Process and Chemical Engineering team across multiple solutions and geographies.
• Develop and execute resource management strategies in coordination with global discipline leaders.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, and career development for a high-performance regional team.
• Drive accountability for global project execution, safety performance, and the application of efficiency tools.
• Manage financial metrics, including staff utilization, budget monitoring, and overhead control.
• Identify subject matter experts (SMEs) to support strategic proposal efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in process or chemical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of related professional work experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience in engineering, project management, or operations.
• Deep expertise in process engineering specifically within the water industry.
• Professional Engineers with Practising Certificates (PEPC) required if based in Malaysia.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
