What you will do

• Provide NVM support covering yield improvement, test time reduction, and failure investigation.
• Manage low yield lot disposition and handle fab excursions or transfers.
• Fan out NVM knowledge to product groups for new technology nodes.
• Evaluate and validate test infrastructure for next-generation NVM technology.
• Generate and deliver NVM patterns for new NPI products with embedded NVM.
• Resolve NVM test-related issues from first silicon until production intent.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in Applied Physics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong background in statistics and solid-state device fundamentals.
• Proven teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with various levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in technology development, NPI, or product engineering in the semiconductor industry.
• Basic knowledge of memory test techniques, micro-controller operation, or NVM.
• Experience with tester and/or burn-in systems.
