What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and align project teams to achieve individual and shared goals.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define roadmaps and prioritization criteria.
• Own project planning, execution, and dependency management across multiple initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with game studios to understand their operational needs and release processes.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to manage risks and ensure successful feature delivery.
• Establish and improve agile practices and team operating models to enhance predictability and culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager or producer.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage diverse groups and executive partners.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with day-to-day project execution.
