What you will do

• Monitor key operational KPIs (QA, CSAT, AHT, Conversion Rate, etc.) to proactively identify performance gaps across teams and cohorts.
• Analyze operational trends and translate business challenges into measurable hypotheses and root causes.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Analytics to implement solutions via learning initiatives, process optimization, or CRM enhancements.
• Assess the operational impact of upcoming product releases and proactively mitigate performance risks.
• Design measurable experiments and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions based on operational results rather than completion metrics.
• Own and prioritize the L&D backlog and quarterly roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management, L&D, Operations, or Product Training.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with operational data and performance dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Sales or Customer Support teams and a deep understanding of operational KPIs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decisions across multiple business stakeholders.
• English: C1 level required for effective communication within an international team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of learning evaluation frameworks, specifically the Kirkpatrick Model (Levels 3 and 4).
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Superset, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in fast-growing tech, fintech, or delivery-driven environments.
• Spanish language skills.
