What you will do

• Manage relationships with all partners in Italy and the Mediterranean region.
• Develop and execute regional partnering strategies to achieve pipeline and business objectives.
• Collaborate with global channel and regional field sales/technical teams on joint business plans.
• Lead internal enablement regarding partner go-to-market value and strategy.
• Oversee tactical execution, including reseller agreements, deal registrations, and budget management.
• Coordinate with marketing to drive regional partner strategy and event attendance.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in Italy without visa sponsorship.
• Proven experience in SaaS channel management and partner recruitment/onboarding.
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
• Experience with Cloud Service Provider Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong process orientation with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based selling environment.
