What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for strategic Italian accounts from prospecting to closing.
- Drive new business by engaging key decision-makers and hitting revenue targets.
- Execute the Italy GTM strategy in close partnership with Sales and Marketing.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and guide prospects with market insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Inside Sales to maximize client value.
- Provide product feedback from customers to help shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a full 360 sales cycle within the B2B or professional services sector.
- Must be based in Milan and have the ability to conduct face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing high-value deals.
- Native-level proficiency in Italian and C1 level in English.
- Exceptional business communication skills for persuasive pitching and client discovery.
