Salary: $225,000–$325,000 Annually

What you will do
- Own BU P&L and all financial performance metrics, including revenue, profit, quality, and safety.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional BU Leadership Team across Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Quality.
- Drive the transition to a unified operating model across previously independent product lines.
- Execute strategic plans for the Electronics & Integrated Systems BU aligned with Space Division goals.
- Nurture existing customer relationships and support the development of emerging accounts.
- Provide executive oversight for pricing, contract negotiations, and risk/opportunity assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical discipline (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing or high-reliability technology sectors.
- 5+ years in a strategic leadership role with people management responsibility.
- Direct P&L leadership experience within the Space, Defense, or Aerospace industry.
- Ability to hold or receive a TS/SCI clearance.
- Must be based in or able to work from Gilbert (AZ), Arvada (CO), or Mountain View (CA).
