What you will do

• Interact with clients via chat, voice, email, and messaging channels.
• Process KYC onboarding, periodic reviews, and customer requests in compliance with regulations.
• Manage end-to-end client inquiries and complaint resolution.
• Identify and correct system-generated responses to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and turnaround time targets.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and report any process deviations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Manila and able to work onsite at One Ayala Tower 2.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• College graduate or equivalent professional experience in banking, shared services, or BPO.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, mid, night), weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to obtain required professional certifications within set timeframes.
