What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end client onboarding journey to ensure a tailored experience and high long-term retention.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in client billings, statutory filings, and adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Execute workflows with precision to achieve a processing time of less than three business days.
  • Ensure absolute compliance with ACRA regulations, the Companies Act 1967, and AML/CFT policies.
  • Utilize AI-driven automation tools to streamline manual tasks and transition toward system-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Corporate Secretary, and Sales teams to resolve client queries and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Recognized degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in client-facing roles handling sensitive information and complex matters.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft applications.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance (ACRA, AML/CFT) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven VUCA environment.
